Describe a project that you worked on with a distributed team. What was the process like? How many members of the team were involved? What were the challenges? How did you deal with them?
How do you ask for help while working remotely?
If you could change one thing about your remote work situation, what would it be?
If a candidate doesn’t have remote work experience, ask them why they would like to work remotely? What are their expectations about working remotely? What are your concerns about working remotely?
