  • How do you handle distractions and how do you remain motivated?

  • Describe a project that you worked on with a distributed team. What was the process like? How many members of the team were involved? What were the challenges? How did you deal with them?

  • How do you ask for help while working remotely?

  • If you could change one thing about your remote work situation, what would it be?

If a candidate doesn’t have remote work experience, ask them why they would like to work remotely? What are their expectations about working remotely? What are your concerns about working remotely?
